
Rahman Howard
Black Belt Jiu-Jitsu
Rahman started wrestling at the age of 6 at the well-respected Lakota youth program. He was a four-time district qualifier while in high school and also a district medallist. He continued his wrestling career at Division I powerhouse Ohio University under the tutelage of American wrestling legend Harry Houska. While attending Ohio University he was also the captain of the Ohio University Boxing Team. Post graduation, he began his studies in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. He has won championship medals on all levels of competition: nationally, internationally, gi, no-gi, and MMA.
Rahman has studied Jiu-Jitsu under world-respected black belts Relson Gracie, Marcelo Garcia, Fabio Clemente, Jorge Gurgel, Jon Stutzman, Jeff Hudson, and Robin Geiseler.
